The Cons:Tray is likely too high to be pushed under kitchen table like a normal chair. Tray can be difficult to push inwards to lock in place.

The Fisher-Price Space Saver is a compact high chair that can be strapped to a dining chair for feeding.  The chair offers 3 recline positions so that the child can be positioned comfortably during feeding and has 3 height positions, allowing it to be raised to table level.
