The JJ Cole System Bag is a diaper bag designed to hold all the needs for the baby and was reviewed by Babble.com as the best stroller bag.  The diaper bag can be carried on the shoulder by using the padded shoulder strap or attached to the stroller handle using the non-slip stroller grips.
