The Cons:Very difficult to put on, often need someone's help. Difficult to get the baby in and adjusted properly. Instruction booklet is vague and doesn't cover everything.

The Maclaren Kate Spade Carrier is a front baby carrier that is designed with safety and comfort in mind.  The one piece construction elminates any buckles, clips or fasteners that may impose on a childs comfort, or that may fail from supporting the weight of the child.

Product Shot 2  The padded pod insert allows it to be used with smaller infants or newborns, from 8 to 12 pounds.  Without the insert, it is able to handle children from 12 to 25 pounds. The centered shoulder and back harness evenly distributes the weight, relieving the parents back, and there are easy to use one-hand release buckles.  There is a removable bib / shade blanket and bottle holder. The Maclaren Kate Spade Carrier features an adorable sheep appliqué on soft quilted fabric, and is available in black/white and blue/green.
